BANQUET & CATERING GUIDELINESEnjoy our cuisine at the destination of your choice. Our experiencedcatering staff will plan and execute your special event with grace, style. There will be a 20% surcharge for this service with-in a ten-mile radius and a 400.00 minimumcharge. Longer distances will be at an additional fee.Our chefs can design a personalized menu limited only by your imagination.All menu selections must be given fifteen days prior to your function, groups over three hundred guests must giveselections thirty days prior to the function.A final attendance guarantee must be given seven days prior to function. The guarantee number will be considereda minimum; from that time on.
