BANQUET & CATERING GUIDELINES​Enjoy our cuisine at the destination of your choice. Our experienced​catering staff will plan and execute your special event with grace, style. There will be a 20% surcharge for this service with-in a ten-mile radius and a 400.00 minimum​charge. Longer distances will be at an additional fee.​Our chefs can design a personalized menu limited only by your imagination.​All menu selections must be given fifteen days prior to your function, groups over three hundred guests must give​selections thirty days prior to the function.​A final attendance guarantee must be given seven days prior to function. The guarantee number will be considered​a minimum; from that time on. It may be increased but not decreased.​In the event that more guests attend than anticipated, the customer will be charged for the extra guests at the end of​the function.​No food and beverage of any kind will be permitted into the facility.​Food and beverage must be consumed on the premise and is not allowed to be taken out of our facility.​We adhere to all State and Federal Laws.​All food and beverages are subject to 7.85% state sales tax and 18% service charge.​Tax exempt groups must submit their tax-exempt number and certificate and request on organization’s letterhead at​least ten days prior to function.​Room rental fees will be charged according to the area.​Beverage attendant and bartender fees are 1.00 per person, minimum of 125.00.​Coat Check fee is 1.00 per person, minimum 75.00.​Valet service available at additional charge.​BANQUET & CATERING GUIDELINES continued​Our Banquet Coordinator will assist with all your needs utilizing our strategic entertainment expertise from start to​finish, including but not limited to, flowers, decorations, cakes, ice carvings, entertainment, photographer, transportation,​hotel accommodations, travel, printing and graphics, public relations and marketing.​All deliveries regarding your function must be approved in advance and set-up completely one hour before function​and removed one hour after function.​All functions must end by midnight.​Publishing or media coverage of your functions within properties or any subsidiary​logo, name, address or phone number is prohibited unless prior written approval has been granted by Café Liardi. This includes the use of the name on any advertisement and/or signs.​Minimum guest count for banquets is thirty.​Groups of less than thirty will be charged a fee.​*All hors d’ oeuvres/reception service is based on one hour service.​*All buffet service is based on one and half hour service.​All Chef services are subject to changes. Carver 75.00, Salad Station 75.00, Sauté Station 75.00.​If three entrée selections are desired there will be a surcharge of 2.00 per person. Host shall provide appropriate​place cards for each guest indicating entrée selection.​Guest may be asked to smoke in designated areas only.​All price quotations are good for thirty days.​Price quotations are subject to adjustments made necessary by rising food and beverage cost or augmented labor​cost.​Decorations, banners, signs or displays brought in must meet with the local building code and fire ordinance. They​should also be free standing (without attachments to walls, ceiling or floors) Tape, staples or pins are not permitted.​All extension cords and power strips must be taped down and approved by management before start of event for​the safety of all guests.​Cancellation of a function may result in a cancellation fee.
